Stand setup starts early. Romexpo opens exhibitor access well before the public comes in, and if you stay downtown you can lose 30–45 minutes in the morning rush. From Crystal Palace it’s 10–12 minutes, so leaving at 7:00 AM is realistic instead of a race against the clock.

Book the team’s rooms together, not individually. Rooms close to each other simplify the morning logistics and a shared ride to the hall.

Leave a buffer in your schedule for Bucharest traffic. Ten minutes on paper can become twenty on a congested morning.

Keep backup materials at the hotel. If you run out of brochures or samples at the stand, it’s easier to send someone the 10 minutes to the car than to improvise.

What to do nearby after the fair closes

After a long day at the stand, you don’t want to cross the whole city. The area has a few options within easy reach.

Băneasa Shopping City is close, good for a quick shop or a meal. The Floreasca–Aviației area has plenty of restaurants for a business dinner without a long drive. Herăstrău Park is a few minutes away for anyone who wants a decompression walk. And if you stay an extra day, the historic center is about 20 minutes by Uber.

Crystal Palace compared with other Romexpo options

A chain hotel may sit slightly closer to the halls, but you usually pay for parking separately and negotiate a group rate less easily.
