Why northern Bucharest matters for business travel

The northern part of Bucharest is, in practical terms, the business capital of the city. This is where most of the corporate offices, business parks and exhibition centers are concentrated:

5. Separate area for coffee breaks — if coffee is served inside the conference room, the whole setup falls apart by midday.
6. Restaurant availability for lunch and whether there’s a conference menu (set price, vegetarian options, allergens marked).
7. Who handles the event day — dedicated contact person vs. “ask at reception”.
8. Cancellation and participant count change terms — 48 hours notice, 7 days, penalties.
