Cancellation Policy

Each available rate plan has its own specific cancellation policy, clearly displayed at the time of booking. Please review the terms associated with your selected plan carefully to avoid any additional charges.

Regardless of the chosen rate plan, all reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. The card will be used strictly in accordance with the policy applicable to your booking and may be charged in case of late cancellation or no-show, as per the terms communicated at the time of reservation.

Children rates
Children up to and including 7 years old can stay for free.

Cots
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.

Extra beds
People 2 years old and over stay for RON 123.37 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
